Is responsible for assisting the marketing
and public relations team of Pfac.
Education:
High school degree, with at least two years
of undergraduate college education.
Qualifications:
General knowledge of art, research techniques,
and marketing principles.
Computer skills (MS Word, Excel required,
Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker preferred, but not required).
Strong oral and written skills.
Desire to learn about marketing and public
relations and contribute to the Center’s success.
Photography skills desirable.
Flexible, positive attitude and a sense
of humor.
Responsibilities:
To assist Marketing Director in drafting,
preparing and distributing monthly calendar of events, press
releases, public service announcements, and promotional packages.
To assist in the design of invitations,
newsletters, and other printed materials produced for Pfac.
To work on special research projects as
directed by the Marketing Director.
To assist the Marketing Director and Special
Events Coordinator with the organization and execution of
special events.
To compile and prepare photographic images
for publication.
To research, update and maintain
the Center’s media and email lists.
