To assist with the Center’s fund-raising program
including special
events, membership and grants.
Education:
High school degree, with at least two years of undergraduate
college
education.
Qualifications:
Ability to effectively communicate in
oral and written form.
Ability to problem-solve, to prioritize,
and to meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively as a team
player.
Ability to discretely handle sensitive
information.
Excellent research skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency
in Microsoft Word, Excel,
Outlook and Access.
Responsibilities:
Assist with routine correspondence, filing,
mailings and office duties as assigned.
Input membership, studio art school, annual
giving and prospect information to the database.
Maintain membership files.
Provide membership and contribution information
reports as requested.
Assist with annual membership drive.
Assist with special fund-raising events.
Conduct grant-funding research.
Provide receptionist/visitor services
duties as requested.
