What better way to celebrate your child’s special day than a party at Pfac in the
fanciful Hands On For Kids Gallery with a signature projects led by one of an artist.

A Special Art Gallery Just For Children
The Hands On For Kids Gallery is a great place to bring your favorite young artists for a one-of-a-kind party. Rental of this space provides special benefits including always available self directed activities, reading library, sculpture studio and the ARTventures chalkboard wall.

Room Rental:  $65 for Pfac Members/$75 for non members for 2 hours Reservations: (only) Required minimum of 4 weeks before event.  
50% deposit required with reservation. Final payment due 7 days before event

Maximum size of party is 20 children.
For every 6 children, 1 adult will receive free admission.
Rental includes full use of space for 2 hours and free admission to all galleries
                                                                                  
Hands-On Art Activities For Your Party
Taught by Professional Artists
Create truly artful memories by choosing one of our fun, age-appropriate art projects for your child’s party. Each project is led by an professional  artist/educator.  Each activity lasts for one full hour and takes place within the Hands On For Kids Gallery Space

The cost is $50 per hour plus $7 per child material fee
Activities length = 1 hour 
Maximum size of party is 20 children
Minimum of 1 chaperone per 10 children required
For every 6 children, 1 adult will receive free admission.

Hands-On Art Activities

Fantasy Masks Kids will create their own original masks; animal, human, or fantasy using paper, feathers, fabric, gems, markers and other fun stuff.

Wearable Art Enjoy making your own three dimensional headgear by designing your own sculptural hats or create and decorate your individualized crowns or tiaras.

Jewelry Making  Partygoers will have the opportunity to make jewelry and other accessories such as custom rings, armbands, necklaces, bracelets and other fun stuff.

Kite Making  Kids will create and decorate a kite in their own unique style. Make a fish, monkey or any animal kite or create your own design and come fly a kite with us. 

Egyptian Scenes Guests will create scenes from their daily life in the Egyptian style on real papyrus and finish them off with hieroglyphics.

Printmaking: Styrofoam Prints Kids will learn a kid-size version of intaglio printing when they create their own awesome prints with Styrofoam, pencils and (washable!) printmaking ink.

Paint Day Partygoers will enjoy having a Pfac Paint Day just for them. Your artist/educator will help to overcome artist’s block by leading future artists in painting faces, animals or outdoor scenes.
