The Hands On For Kids Gallery is a great place to bring your favorite young artists. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for learning about the arts in a fun-filled casual and cozy setting. Designed for families with young children, the Gallery is open daily for self-directed activities.

Twice weekly, on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm, we have our special Paint Day. Other groups should call or email the Education Department (757) 596-8175 to arrange a group tour and/or hands-on activity (the activity has a modest additional fee).

All groups must be accompanied by one or more adult chaperones (as directed by the education department). The general public is always welcome.

 

PAINT DAYS:  Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am-4 pm
