Watercolor Paintings: Virginia Watercolor Society Exhibition
 Requiem IV by Jeannine Barton Regan, Best In Show Award Winner, Virginia Watercolor S The Virginia Watercolor Society will present its XXIV Annual Exhibition at the Peninsula Fine Arts Center in Newport News from September 13 to November 2, 2003. This exhibition has not been in Hampton Roads since 1985! Nationally known artist, Alex Powers, will both serve as juror and support the event by conducting a weeklong workshop at PFAC for watermedia artists from around the state.
