Out of the Mold: A Survey of Contemporary Cast Glass
 Lucartha Kohler, Primary Icons II, glass Out of the Mold: A Survey of Contemporary Cast Glass, co-curated by Lucartha Kohler and Angelique Wellman, will present an exciting exhibition of more than 20 local and national artists. Ms. Kohler, who attended Carnegie-Mellon University, Moore College of Art and Penland School of Crafts, has worked in glass since 1973. In addition to teaching glass workshops in the United States and abroad, the Philadelphia resident has exhibited her work nationally as well as internationally and is the author of two critically acclaimed books. Angelique Wellman, a visionary artist specializing in innovative stained glass, cast glass and glass jewelry, was one of the founding partners of Cristallo Art and Glass Studio in Williamsburg, Va. Kohler and Wellman have collaborated on several projects and have taught classes together at the Corning Museum of Glass Studio.
