This annual juried exhibition is open to students enrolled in Christopher Newport University, Hampton University, The College of William and Mary, and Thomas Nelson Community College.

Shelley L. Brooks, the Coordinator of Exhibitions and Art Programming at the Visual Arts Center of Tidewater Community College in Portsmouth since 1995, will jury this exhibition.
